NEVER RUN DRY AGAIN.

The Solas Supply — our roaster's-choice subscription. Every month we pick the best lot off the roaster and post it to your door. 10% off shop prices. Skip or cancel anytime. No contracts. No guilt trips. (Mostly.)

Pick your tier.

  • The Core — 1 × 200g. The month's house pick. One coffee, done properly.
  • The Experienced — 2 × 200g. The house pick plus a second lot, so you're not drinking the same cup every morning.
  • The Curious — 2 × 200g. Two experimental coffees. The anaerobics, co-ferments and thermal shocks we buy to see what they do. Free shipping in Ireland.
  • Roasted in small batches. Every bag is dated so you know exactly what you have
  • Ships wholebean — tell us your brew method in the order notes and we'll grind it
  • First dibs on limited lots before the shop gets them

Solas [suh-lus] — Irish for light. Drink accordingly.
